Under the direction of Tim Grafton, administrator, day-to-day operations of the facility is overseen with an eye toward excellent service and care. Mr. Grafton’s priorities include a strong commitment to excellence in resident care, adhering to current clinical directions from the resident’s physician, maintaining proper staffing levels, ensuring fiscal responsibility and management, developing successful vendor relationships as well as overseeing the management and facilitation of Park Places’ interaction with the area’s health care organizations and health providers.

The entire staff at Park Place believes in what they do and consistently works on quality improvement while continuing to build collaborative relationships with the residents, their family members and the community. It’s who we are and what we believe.
